Hi, I'm Hali.
I built H.E.R. Consulting out of my own rebuilding. I know what it is to lose yourself inside a relationship, a role, or a season of grief, and to wonder whether you will ever feel whole again.
That is why I coach the way I do: honestly, gently, and without pretending healing is tidy. My work is to walk with you while you heal, find your voice again, and restore the parts of you that got quiet.

No. Coaching is forward-focused work on goals, boundaries, confidence and next steps. It can sit alongside therapy beautifully, but it does not replace clinical mental health care.
Sessions are private and held live by video or phone, usually 60 minutes. You will get a link or a call at your scheduled time, and all you need is a space where you feel safe to talk openly.
That is completely normal. Book a consultation and we will identify whether healing, career, business, or administrative support is the best starting point.
Yes. What you share stays between us. This is a judgment-free space, and nothing you bring to a session leaves it.
